2. Orders and contract formation
- When you place an order, you will receive an immediate email acknowledgement — this is not acceptance of your offer.
- A binding contract is formed only when we send you a separate confirmation email confirming your items have been dispatched.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if stock is unavailable, prices are incorrect, or there are reasons for fraud prevention.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include the standard UK VAT rate of 20%.
- Delivery costs are clearly shown before you complete your order — no hidden charges.
- Accepted payment methods: Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal (all processed securely; we never store full card details).
- Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed and acknowledged.
4. Delivery
- We deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland).
- Express Delivery: £5.00 — 2–5 working days
- Standard Free Delivery: £0.00 for orders over £50.00 — 3–8 working days
- Times are estimates only; delays caused by events beyond our control (strikes, customs, weather) do not entitle you to automatic cancellation, but we will keep you updated.

5. Returns, refunds and statutory rights
- In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return items for any reason, without explanation.
- Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Custom/personalised items are non‑returnable unless faulty.
- If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you have additional rights to repair, replacement or full refund — these do not expire after 14 days.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect your return.

6. Liability
- We take reasonable care to ensure our site and products are accurate and safe.
- We do not exclude liability for: death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud; or any matter that cannot be excluded under UK law.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase will not exceed the price paid for the goods.
