We deliver securely to all addresses across the United Kingdom — including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland — in full compliance with UK consumer protection rules .
 
1. Delivery options & costs
 
All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£) and already include UK VAT, customs duties and import fees — no extra charges will be requested upon delivery.
 
- Express Delivery: £5.00 — 2–5 working days
- Standard Delivery: Free for all orders over £50.00 — 3–8 working days
- For orders under £50.00, only the Express option is available at £5.00
 
2. Order processing time
 
All orders are processed and prepared within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or UK public holidays.
 
3. Delivery times & regions
 
- Mainland UK (London, South, Midlands, North England, Wales, Southern Scotland): usually within the estimated times above
- Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland: may take up to 1–2 extra working days due to courier routes
- Times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, postal strikes, customs procedures or situations beyond our control — but we will keep you updated .
 
4. Tracking your order
 
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and link by email so you can follow its journey in real time.
 
5. Customs & import information
 
We ship from outside the United Kingdom, but all customs duties, import fees and taxes are already included in the final price shown at checkout — you will never pay additional amounts when your order arrives.
