Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
• United Kingdom: 5 to 12 business days
• Europe: 7 to 15 business days
• International Orders: 10 to 25 business days
Please note that delays may occur during busy periods, customs inspections, or due to unforeseen courier issues.
International Shipping
We proudly offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping costs and available delivery options will be displayed during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Modavia Um is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via email. You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website or in your Modavia Um account under “My Orders”.
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & Exchange Policy
This Exchange Policy is valid from October 2024.

If you are not satisfied with your product or have changed your mind about your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date your order was delivered to your address.
Conditions for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use, meaning it must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. It is also essential that the item is returned in its original packaging.
How to Request an Exchange
Please send an email to modaviaum@gmail.com including your full name, order number, and the reason for the exchange. Our team will contact you with the necessary instructions to proceed with the exchange.
Conditions for Returns Due to Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may also return your order within 7 days from the delivery date.
How to Request a Return
Please send an email to modaviaum@gmail.com including your full name and order number. You will receive your refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method selected during your purchase. There will be no additional costs for receiving your refund.
Defective Products
According to Brazilian consumer law, if a product has a manufacturing defect, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
How to Request a Return for Defective Products
Please send an email to modaviaum@gmail.com including your full name, order number, and details of the manufacturing defect, along with photos or videos if possible. We will review your case within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method selected during purchase, with no additional costs to you.
How to Return Products
In accordance with consumer protection laws, the shipping costs for returns due to change of mind or manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through a reverse logistics process.
After your exchange or return request has been approved, you will receive a shipping authorisation code via email. You must then take the package to a local post office. We do not cover packaging costs, so we recommend using the original packaging received with your order (if not damaged) or a suitable box that protects the items during transport.
